What you'll be doing: Reporting into the Regional Commercial Manager, you will support the Commercial team by managing a range of administrative tasks Responsibilities o Assist with cost management and analysis of project performance o Assist with the month end management accounts o Maintain detailed records of Client Purchase Orders, applications for payment and invoices o Raise and submit sales invoices o Co-ordinate sales ledger queries o Compile project handover pack and issue to Project Managers o Attend project handover meeting and take minutes o Upload the Portal and our internal systems o Setup CVR template for each new job o Input and process weekly timesheet data for submission Who we're looking for:
To be successful you will have:
Strong IT skills especially MS Word and Excel
Previous administration experience
Previous data entry experience and strong numerical skills
A good communicator, able to deal confidently with a variety of people face-to- face, in writing and on the telephone
Proven planning and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
