Giacom is the only provider of Comms, Cloud, Hardware and Billing through one platform.Our platform connects technology resellers and service providers to the best IT, Comms and Cloud products and services so they can create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.Our commercial team is a small team responsible for managing propositions, supporting sales and liaising with suppliers to ensure Giacom continues to be the marketing leading telecommunications and IT supplier in the Wholesale channel.As a Commercial Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional delivery of administrative processes to support the day to day running of the Commercial Team.Your primary role will be to provide pricing across a range of Giacomxe2x80x99s connectivity products. You will also support the Connectivity Commercial manager and wider business in delivering the most effective go to market strategy.What you'll be doing

• Respond to internal pricing queries, sharing responsibility for maintaining an internal inbox.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing for ethernet renewal and upgrade quotes.
• Manage internal data to ensure this is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain excel-based pricing tools.
• Provide pricing for RAO2 quotes across multiple suppliers.
• Ad hoc commercial activity as and when required.

Skills & Experience

• Exceptional numeric skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal/external customers/suppliers, building strong relationships.
• The ability to learn quickly and pass this acquired knowledge on to others.
• You will be results oriented and have strong commercial acumen.
• You will have the ability to deliver results within tight deadlines showing flexibility when business requirements change.
• You will be able to manage your own workload effectively.
• Microsoft Excel skills
