As, Colleague Engagement Business Partner you will:
Employee & Volunteer Engagement Initiatives - Develop and implement strategies to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention across the organisation.
Engagement Surveys & Action Plans - Lead the delivery of engagement surveys (e.g., eNPS, employee, and volunteer surveys) and drive continuous improvement through data-driven action plans.
Business Partner Support - Provide expert advice and engagement support to different organisational functions, ensuring alignment with overall engagement strategies.
Stakeholder & Communication Collaboration - Work closely with senior leaders, internal communications, and employee forums to design and deliver engagement initiatives, events, and Q&A sessions.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (EDI) Leadership - Lead the EDI group, developing initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and employee wellbeing.
Recognition & Culture Development - Design and implement recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements, fostering a culture of appreciation and motivation.
We're seeking someone with:
Employee Engagement Expertise - Proven experience in designing and delivering employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
Survey & Data Analysis Skills - Strong experience in managing engagement surveys (e.g., eNPS) and using insights to inform strategic action planning.
Event & Forum Facilitation - Ability to coordinate employee forums, Q&A sessions, and engagement events to strengthen organisational communication.
Leadership in Engagement & EDI Initiatives - Experience in leading employee engagement and EDI programs that drive cultural and organisational improvements.
Stakeholder Management & Communication - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with leaders, employees, and volunteers.
Sector Knowledge & Certifications (Desirable) - Relevant qualifications in employee engagement, EDI, or organisational development, and experience in the charity sector.
