Foyle Omagh

requires a Coldstore operative to be based at the new Manfreight Ltd. Depot in Belfast Harbour.

The role will entail the assembling and checking of Foyle Food Group product being dispatched externally from above cold storage unit - checking for defects and specification issues etc. The role is primarily Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work especially in November and December -

Working Hours Monday & Wednesday 0700 > 1400

Tuesday 0700 > 1530

Thursday & Friday 0700 > 1700

However, can be flexible for the right candidate on completion of orders.

Essential Criteria:

Physically strong to manually check and build pallets of product

Able to work in a cold environment

Ability to work on your own initiative

Positive approach to Safe working practices

Flexible approach to working hours including weekends / early starts / late finishes

Valid Counterbalance forklift licence

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate

Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience working in the red meat industry

Previous experience of a quality control role
