Full Time Store Manager Wanted

We are a small independent coffee shop located in the village of Yatton (BS49 4EG) in North Somerset. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Store Manager to support our team and ensure smooth daily operations, takes extreme pride in their work, and pays very high attention to detail.

As an Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Assitant Manager and Director in all aspects of the business. This includes overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining our high standards. If you have a passion for coffee and leadership, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

For the right candidate there is potential to grow this role to the position of the Manager

Responsibilities
- Supervise and train barista staff on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of beverages served to customers.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of coffee supplies.
- Monitor and uphold food safety practices in compliance with regulations.
- Manage shift schedules and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
