Docklow Pools Ltd is a small business in Herefordshire. We are probably better known in the fishing world as the eldest fishery in the country starting in 1972. So if you are an angler, then Docklow is like Wembley! The Coffee Shop belongs within the Fishermans Arms pub. It's open every morning in the summer from 8am.
The Breakfasts are Champions of Herefordshire. Most if not all the food is homemade. Our Chef/Cook are great hardworking lovely capable people. Its a great team to be proud of.
We are looking for an additional member to the team - Tuesday to Saturday day times. Days off Sunday & Monday.
Need to be 100% reliable. Great team player. Natural people person.
No experience of working in a coffee shop necessary.
Must have own transport and be ideally over 18 years old.
This is a great job for someone who wants to join the Docklow team.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Lead and train staff in coffee preparation and customer service techniques. Lunchtime the Oak room coffee shop evolves into a restaurant which the manager will again lead. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of coffee and service. Foster a positive team environment and encourage staff development, even for those with no prior experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 14.00-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

Experience:
