We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our coffee shop, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patrons have a delightful experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks (full training will be provided) Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including tables, counters, and equipment Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the till Provide information about menu items and make recommendations based on customer preferences Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Assist with catering orders as required

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations desireable Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help others Experience in bartending or catering is a plus

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 21 per week
