Job Role: CNC Operator

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Salary: \xc2\xa313.50-\xc2\xa315 per hour DOE + overtime (\xc2\xa328,000-\xc2\xa331,000)

Hours: 7:00-17:15 Monday to Thursday - 4 day working week!

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Holiday: 29 days including bank holidays

The client:

Interaction Technical have partnered with a rapidly expanding precision engineering firm based in Rugby on their search for a CNC Setter & Operator to join the growing team. Our client produces components for the Motorsport, Aerospace, Compressor and Electric Motor industries and are looking to add a CNC Setter to their growing team.

The package:

\xc2\xb7 Salary between \xc2\xa328,000-\xc2\xa331,000 dependent on experience

\xc2\xb7 29 days holiday including bank holidays

\xc2\xb7 Overtime available at an enhanced rate

\xc2\xb7 Company Pension Scheme

The Duties:

\xc2\xb7 Efficiently set and operate multi-axis Mazak CNC machines

\xc2\xb7 Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise machining

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the production team to optimise machine performance and meet production targets

\xc2\xb7 Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

\xc2\xb7 Small batch work

The Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications (essential)

\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
