Job Overview

We are seeking a freshly apprentice trained / junior CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in setting and operating CNC Mills

or

Lathes with Fanuc or Siemens or Heidenhain controls. The successful applicant will work closely with our engineering and production teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Familiarity with FANUC or Heidenhein or controls. Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Aerospace experience would be highly advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Working hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Thurs and 8am to 1pm on Friday

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to ensure accurate fabrication. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for measurements and adjustments. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and maintain safety standards. Handle materials and assist in assembly tasks as needed.

Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
