CWP has adopted the Living Wage. Where the standard Agenda for Change hourly rate is below Living Wage, pay will be supplemented to this level.

You will be working with adults with learning disabilities as part of an enthusiastic and supportive team. Admissions are short term for people with learning disabilities and complex needs requiring a period of intensive assessment, treatment and or therapy within an inpatient unit.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with both colleagues and patients.
With the care you give, you'll be making a difference to patients with a learning disability and complex needs to their families everyday.
You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with those around you, be hardworking and enjoy a challenge. You'll have training for all aspects of the role, so you may learn some new skills.
As the ward is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the 11.5 hour shifts will include both days, nights and weekends (Days 07:30-20:00 and Nights 19:30-08:00)
