Clinical Study Manager
Job Description
We are looking to appoint a Clinical Study Coordinator working with Professor Reecha Sofat\'s research team in close collaboration with The Liverpool Clinical Trials Centre (LCTC) and the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Science (LCCS). Professor Sofat is PI for a suite of observational cardiovascular studies the flagship of which was the largest stroke study on the NIHR portfolio, with 50 sites and recruiting 10000 individuals over 2 years.
We are now looking to establish the other studies first in Liverpool at the Liverpool Heart and Chest as well as primary care, and with portfolio adoption in place open these out to other areas of the UK where some collaborations are already established.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced study/ trial management professional to join our team to co-ordinate clinical projects with a UK wide footprint. Both full and part-time applications will be considered.
The post is available for one year in the first instance although funding is currently being sought for a longer-term period.
You will have a degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience).
