Birmingham and District GP Emergency Room is a social enterprise providing NHS primary care to most of the people in Birmingham and Solihull when their GP is closed. We are signed up to the Birmingham Business Charter for Social Responsibility.

Clinical Receptionists carry out clinical observations, under the supervision of qualified nurses and doctors, and provide a high standard and quality of health care to patients. Clinical Receptionists are required to work in accordance with Badger policies and clinical procedures.
This role suits caring people with professional and courteous communication and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to have a good general education and a qualification in Health and Social Care would be an advantage, however BADGER does provide in-house training. An understanding of the Data Protection Act and Confidentiality is essential.
You must be able to commit daytime, evening and weekend working.
