This modern, independent private hospital are searching for a compassionate and knowledgeable Clinical Pharmacy Manager to join their well-established Pharmacy team. This 18-bed hospital boasts 3 operating theatres, a specialist physiotherapy department, MRI and diagnostic imaging suites as well as a well-established pharmacy department. This hospital prides itself on their ability to provide exceptional patient care in a modern and comfortable environment and have patients at the heart of their care.

As a successful Clinical Pharmacy Manager for this role, you will be joining a well-established team of professionals which will give you plenty of opportunity to utilise your clinical skills within a private hospital setting! Within this role, you will be responsible for leading the pharmacy department to deliver an excellent medicine management service and really putting the patient at the forefront of your care. You should be able to provide pharmaceutical expertise by supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensing and distribution of medicines. You will be working to provide excellent care to a variety of patients, including in-patient, out-patient and day case. In order to fulfil this, the successful candidate should have at least 2 years of post-registration experience.

Requirements

• Degree in MPharm, BSc or BPharm
• GPhC Registration
• Previous clinical experience in a secondary acute setting
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience
• Passion for high quality patient care
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

This hospital is located in Hatfield, commutable from Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage and Hertford.
