Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Paediatric Orthopaedics Team
Location: Westminster
Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday.

Situated at a leading institution rated "Good" by the CQC, you\'ll be part of a collaborative team committed to providing exceptional care and fostering professional growth.In the role of Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Orthopaedics, you\'ll utilise your expertise to deliver comprehensive and evidence-based care along the Orthopaedic pathway. Working closely with a diverse team, you\'ll oversee patient care autonomously while advocating for their needs and providing specialist nursing advice and support. Your role will extend to driving service enhancements and facilitating staff education initiatives. • Children\xe2\x80\x99s Nursing Qualification \xe2\x80\x93 RN Child or RSCN with valid NMC registration
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration experience in Children\xe2\x80\x99s nursing
• First degree in nursing or a health-related subject
• Relevant qualification in the specialist area with at least 12 months experience
• Mentorship qualification
• Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support
• Experience in audit and research relevant to the specialism
• Knowledge of safeguarding processes, with an up-to-date level 3 Safeguarding qualification
• Understanding of clinical governance and risk management
