A Clinical Negligence Solicitor is required to join a distinguished defendant law firm based in London on a full-time permanent basis.

Key responsibilities of the Clinical Negligence Solicitor
- Handling a full and varied caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters
- Advising on a wide range of healthcare matters including representation before their regulatory body
- Working with a variety of practices including private and public hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, healthcare suppliers and more
- Advising on claims involving breaches of professional standards
- Co-ordinating, arranging and delivering conferences and settlement meetings
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent
- Healthcare experience is advantageous
- Experience as a Solicitor or managing caseloads of a similar nature
