Overview
Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a rapidly expanding specialist provider of home-care services for people with complex needs across the nation. The providers are fully nurse-owned and led, as well as rated Good by the CQC. This has led to the provision of personalised, robust care packages that cover a range of diagnoses such as Brain Injury, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Cerebral Palsy, among other conditions.
After being incorporated in 2017, the company has become well-established and are continuously developing their care provision. In order to match their significant growth, Compass Associates are collaborating with them to seek a Clinical Mobilisation Nurse, ideally familiar with Community Complex Care to join their multi-skilled team.
The successful candidate will facilitate the assessment of potential new care packages, as well as support the clinical care requirements.

Location
The role offers hybrid working, with time spent working from home, within the company\xe2\x80\x99s remit (National, but mainly Dorset, Hampshire & Sussex) with regular visits to the head office in central Hampshire.

Criteria
\xe2\x80\x93 A valid NMC registration, ideally 2+ years post-qualification
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience of working within a Complex / Critical care setting is essential (such as ITU, HDU, CCU, A&E etc.,)
\xe2\x80\x93 Training in tracheostomy and PEG feeds highly desirable
\xe2\x80\x93 Must possess a clean UK driving licence
\xe2\x80\x93 Clear DBS

Work Pattern
Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 40 hours per week, which are flexible as you will manage your own diary.

Interview Process
Ideally a one-stage process, being face-to-face at the Head Office with the Clinical Director and Clinical Mobilisation Lead. However, they are happy to have initial informal MS Teams to explain the role in further detail prior to an in-person meeting.

Salary and Benefits
Starting salary: \xc2\xa340,000
After 6 months\xe2\x80\x99 probation: \xc2\xa345,000
