About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to oversee and elevate clinical standards at our care home in Selby. This leadership role requires proven experience in senior nursing positions within care home settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and care teams Ensure compliance with CQC standards and maintain exceptional care quality Develop and implement personalised care plans Oversee medication management and infection control procedures Conduct staff training and performance assessments Serve as clinical expert for residents with complex care needs Lead clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as an RGN Minimum 2 years' experience in a Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead role within a care home Comprehensive knowledge of elderly care, dementia care, and CQC regulations Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making abilities Availability for day shifts, including occasional weekends
