You will also be supported with career progression, whether that is a clinical interest or if you have a desire to become a teacher or trainer. The surgery is also extremely low-visiting for GPs, with ANPs and Physician Associates carrying out the bulk of visits.

Your role

• 6-8 sessions
• Clinically-focussed position with reduced admin \xe2\x80\x93 6-10 documents daily
• Non-clinical sessions for leadership responsibilities
• Mix of telephone and f2f appointments \xe2\x80\x93 30 apps per day
• Very low home-visiting \xe2\x80\x93 near zero
