Job Description
Springboig Care Home is looking to appoint a Clinical Deputy Manager.
Our care home, based in Springboig, provides the highest quality Residential, Dementia, Respite & Nursing care for 68-residents.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day to day running of the service, helping to lead our team with passion and commitment, forming strong relationships with residents & their relatives and multi-disciplinary teams.
Clinical Deputy Manager Contract
23.90 per hour Contracted to 40-hours per week Pension. 5.6 weeks annual leave. Two days on the floor two days supernumerary Onsite parking.
We believe the Clinical Deputy Manager should have the following qualities and experience
Nurse qualified, with a valid PIN. Strong clinical skills. Working with the elderly would be advantageous. Experienced of leading and managing a team. Able to support staff with further training and support. Confident to step in for the Home Manager from time to time.
