An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinic Receptionist (maternity cover) to join our World Class Well Travelled Clinics. Reporting through to the Operational Services Manager you will be the welcoming face of the Well Travelled Clinics in Liverpool and Chester.
Your role will be to act as one of the team of receptionists, welcoming customers, identifying their needs assisting with retail sales as appropriate and carrying out general office duties. Key elements of the role are (but not limited to):

• Receptionist
  • Setting up the reception area and till ready for the clinic.
  • Greeting patients and booking appointments
  • Dealing with transactions and taking payment.
  • Carrying out the inputting of clinic activity, ensuring it is accurately recorded on our systems and databases are kept up to date.
  • Deal with card transactions for travel clinic and retail purchases.
• Retail Sales
  • Maintain the retail displays and ensure accurate information in reference to the retail products is displayed.
  • Identify and reorder where appropriate; actively promote the retail opportunities to customers.
• General office duties
  • Point of contact for clients.
  • General office duties such as photocopying, scanning and printing.
  • Cover for clerical when necessary.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Educated to GCSE or equivalent
• Experience in working in a customer focused environment, including overcoming barriers to communication
• Excellent telephone manner
• Computer literate

Circumstances to consider: This is a part-time role (23 hours a week to be worked between Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Saturday (there will be two Saturday mornings per four-week period) at either the Liverpool or Chester clinic.
