Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our skin clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for skin care, ensuring that our clinic runs efficiently while providing the highest level of service to our clients. This role requires a blend of financial management, (IMORTANT SALES) human resources expertise, and a solid understanding of veterinary practices.

Duties

Manage the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Supervise and support clinic staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. Oversee financial management, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking to ensure the clinic's financial health. Handle human resources responsibilities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with our professionals to maintain high standards of patient care and client satisfaction. Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within a Skin Clinic or healthcare setting is essential. Strong background in financial management, with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports effectively. Experience in human resources management, including staff supervision and training. Knowledge of Skin laser treatments is highly desirable but not mandatory; a passion for animal welfare is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff alike.
