Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager for our CQC registered wellness and advanced aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and providing exceptional patient care while leading a team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and resource allocation.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

2. Compliance and Quality Assurance- overseen by the Medical Director.
- Ensure the clinic meets CQC standards and regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments, addressing any areas of concern.
- Implement policies and procedures to enhance patient safety and quality of care.

3. Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support clinic staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development opportunities for staff members.

4. Patient Care:
- Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing resolutions promptly.
- Monitor patient feedback and implement changes to improve patient satisfaction.

5. Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the clinic.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure accurate billing and coding processes are followed.

6. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain clear communication with management regarding clinic operations and staff needs.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or qualification in healthcare management, nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or aesthetics setting.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a background in veterinary practice, and proficiency in financial management and human resources.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage clinic staff, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional development. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health regulations. Implement and maintain efficient financial management practices, including budgeting and expense tracking. Develop and enforce clinic policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Manage human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Ensure that all veterinary practices comply with industry standards and regulations. Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.

Experience



Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a veterinary setting is essential. Strong understanding of veterinary practices and procedures is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in financial management, including budgeting and reporting. Experience in human resources management is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
