We are looking for a successful and driven Talent Client Partner.

You will be responsible for managing high profile client functions within the Project People Client Portfolio, ensuring a first-class service proposition. Assisting the Client Partnership Lead you shall support in managing and developing a team to hit and exceed desired objectives, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained whilst striving for continued revenue growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide first class business partnering to the hiring community ensuring resourcing needs are met and delivered as per contractual KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage recruitment activity within your functional business area(s), ensuring a positive experience for both candidate and client.
• Assist in continually improving the end-to-end recruitment process including supporting with vacancy approvals, talent attraction strategy and delivery, candidate assessment and shortlisting, interviews, and offer management.
• Support with strategic projects and campaigns as agreed by Project People Directors and the Client, e.g. Diversity and Inclusion; Women in Tech, Military Services Personnel Engagement.
• Ensure recruitment best practice by coaching hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Contribute to the design of solutions for occasional complex problems.
• Assist the Client Partnership Lead in Executive Search assignments and challenging campaigns.
• Ensure a robust and seamless process is in place to recruit the best talent, whilst maximising the candidate experience and customer satisfaction.
• Work with the Client Partnership Lead in delivering growth by ensuring maximisation of existing revenue streams and identifying and deploying new ones.
• Contribute new ideas to create business efficiencies and ROI.
• Work to deliver the functional strategic plan and individual process activities.
• Management of senior internal and external stakeholder\'s expectations at an operational level, communicating accurate, realistic and thorough updates upon request.

Applicants must have:

• A proven record in either an in house, MSP or RPO environment.
• Experience in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• A track record of successfully engaging with senior leaders to drive recruitment operations.
• Experience of designing effective recruitment processes.
• Demonstrable background in designing solutions to recruitment problems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivational and leadership qualities with a passion to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong commercial acumen and good business sense.
• Conscientious, combined with flexibility in attitude and approach.
• Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
