Looking for your next step in a dynamic, global organisation? Were hiring for a Client Support Analyst for a leading provider of legal and compliance management products in their London office on a 3 month fixed term contract.This role would be suited to a Legal PA looking to move away from private practice.Key responsibilities:- Be the first point of contact for client queries.
- Update and maintain content on live product websites.
- Liaise with legal teams, finance, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Contribute to product development and process improvements.About You:
- Detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Prior experience supporting a team of lawyers, ideally a PA background.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience in HTML/XML and databases.
