We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and commercially focussed Customer Services Team Lead to join our exciting client services department. At instantprint, our aim is to help all businesses look amazing with print. We treat every single one of our clients, whether they\'re a \xe2\x80\x9cone-man band\xe2\x80\x9d or a national corporation, as a business partner whose relationship we value and nurture.
Working across multiple channels including phone, chat and email our Client Services team consistently delivers exceptional Client service and commercial results for the brand. As one of our Client Services Team Leads you will be responsible for driving an incredible client experience through your team of Client Service Advisors, championing a commercial culture within the team, plus managing the day-to-day inbound contact traffic.
At Instantprint, we are a friendly bunch of talented individuals whose mission is to make print buying easy for small businesses. This role is vital to ensure our passionate brand values are communicated to clients through every interaction. Working in a high volume B2B environment, you will be responsible for ensuring your team members are driven to hit targets plus work with the Client Services Manager to coach and develop your team.
The Role:
This role is office based 5 days a week
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30
Salary Range - \xc2\xa326,057 to \xc2\xa328,122
