The Client Services Director (CSD) role
The CSD will be accountable for nurturing and developing key client accounts. You will thrive on building successful relationships and developing a deep understanding of the client and their brands so you can collaborate with the Research teams to deliver outstanding project work.
You will deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience that will drive repeat business, referrals, and organic growth.
You will work with the Global Commercial Director to measure account performance against revenue generation, account growth and client satisfaction.
