Job Title Client Service Manager
Role Introduction
Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s Client Services team are our large Financial Services clients\xe2\x80\x99 key interface into Fiserv.
Our purpose is delight our clients by supporting the services we provide to millions of their customers. Our clients range from UK high street banks, to international financial organisations
Fiserv\xe2\x80\x99s Client Services Managers are responsible for delivering brilliant services for their allocated clients
This role involves building strong and meaningful relationships with our key client contacts
In this role you will lead a small team of Client Services Executives and join an experienced team that comprises of six other Client Services Managers
Your month will range from meeting with your clients to deliver service reviews, to working on new ways to improve the services we deliver to our clients
What you will do
List key duties include:
Running daily / weekly / monthly meetings with your clients
Updating and representing your clients when incidents occur
Fulfilling client requests
Being your clients\xe2\x80\x99 SME
Leading, coaching and developing your Client Services Executives
Increasing your clients\xe2\x80\x99 \xe2\x80\x98Likelihood To Recommend\xe2\x80\x99 scores through delivering exceptional service and strategies

Strong relationship building skills
