The Growth Company's Centre for Assessment (CFA) team have an exciting new opportunity for two Client Service Co-ordinators who will arrange, support and manage the delivery of multiple assessments to CFA clients against a range of standards by coordinating the operational and administrative aspects in line with the service level agreements and UKAS requirements.

(CfA) is a leading UKAS-accredited certification body specialising in providing assessment, certification and training services to thousands of clients both nationally and internationally. With over 20 years' experience in the assessment and certification industry, CfA work in partnership with a highly skilled team of auditors and assessors to provide a client-focused, value-adding service.


Key Responsibilities




Coordinate timely assessments and services, following all processes and certification requirements. Manage assessments, ensuring compliance and maintaining high service standards. Communicate assessment requirements to clients, providing support and resolving issues. Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to support retention. Provide high-level customer care, maintaining professionalism. Produce accurate reports for management. Take part in organisational team meetings. Process expenditure invoices accurately and resolve financial queries.

About You




Experience in a customer service-oriented organisation. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Positive, enthusiastic, and self-controlled. Adaptable to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, and results-oriented. Team player, confident, and approachable.

Skills Required




Effective communication and active listening. Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking skills. Professional communication with all levels, internally and externally. High level of written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
