Role Overview & Expectations:
As a Client Relations Officer at CareYourWay Chester, you will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and maintaining high standards of care. You will manage client assessments, support care staff, and oversee the smooth delivery of our care services.
Carry out client assessments, reviews, risk assessments, and care plans in accordance to current standards.
Provide leadership to the care staff within CareYourWay Chester.
Provide support to all members of the care department in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
Supervise the care services within CareYourWay Chester in accordance with agreed standards.
Maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time to time be required to maintain practices as up to date.
5 days over a 7-day period, as agreed with the manager. Occasional weekends and evenings may be necessary.
1 in 4 weekends on call + some evening weekdays.
Ensure live-in care staff are fully supported during their careers with the company promoting L&D and their physical and mental wellbeing.
To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff.
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support.
Ensure clients are satisfied with the care service provided.
Handle incoming care enquiries and client onboarding to a high quality.

Our qualified training team will be there every step of the way to ensure you have full training and feel comfortable before independently providing care.
An outstanding-quality service with outstanding-quality benefits:
5.6 weeks per year paid holiday (double pay on Christmas & Boxing Day - time and a half other bank holidays).
Company pension.
Your shifts will normally include one weekend every two weeks.
There are often overtime opportunities, but these are voluntary.
You'll need a full UK driving license, with use of a car.
You'll get access to our mobile phone applications with our EMAR and HR software, so you can work safely and efficiently.
You'll also receive details for our ongoing E-Learning platform with hundreds of courses at your disposal.
24/7 on-call system is open for employees to call at any point for any questions; no question is too big or small.
