What can you bring to Banham? As a Client Onboarding Specialist, your previous experience and gained skills will allow you to:

• Carry out Keyholding surveys for the property at which the client has signed a Keyholding contract, including: risk assessment, entry procedure and key collection
• Support the booking and management of the surveyor diary
• Proactively working to secure outstanding surveys with clients
• Use your knowledge of the Keyholding Service offering and its limitations, to accurately survey client properties
• Advise Banham clients of potential additional benefits they may be missing out on with your broad knowledge of Banham goods and services
• Training and supporting new and existing team members
• Represent Banham in a professional manner at all times
