About the role

This is a front line and customer facing role responsible for providing our
clients with the best user experience of International SOS products and services.This will be delivered through a successful implementation of the workforce resilience products and services.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the \'end-to-end\' implementation for a new client\'s International SOS products and services, including trainings.
  • Manage the \'end-to-end\' implementation for significant Account Extensions involving digital products. This is to support the client success specialist teams.
  • Through a consultative engagement, share best practices empowering clients to use the International SOS products and services autonomously in a way that aligns with their strategic business goals.
  • Requires close collaboration with sales/account management to understand the client needs and manage expectations during implementation.
  • Additionally, liaising with cross functional teams, including but not limited to working with the assistance Center management, technical teams - data/reporting/online help and product management to ensure a successful implementation and overall client satisfaction with the products and services.
About you
  • Proven experience in dealing with top end Clients in a client service capacity.
  • Ability to speak another language fluently - German / Italian
  • Proven experience of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels, taking a consultative approach for problem solving and delivering high quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Global knowledge and previous experience to international markets.
