Role overview



We are looking for a full-time Client Onboarding Administrator to join our dispute resolution team. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new clients. You will be the first point of contact for many, handling enquiries with empathy and efficiency while supporting our solicitors with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities



Answering incoming calls and following up on new client enquiries Arranging call-backs with our solicitors Opening new client matters on our case management system Conducting compliance and identity verification checks Managing solicitors' diaries and scheduling appointments Closing completed matters and ensuring accurate record-keeping Processing payments from clients Providing general administrative support to the team

Key skills and experience



We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual who takes pride in delivering excellent client service. Experience in a law firm would be beneficial but is not essential. The most important qualities are:

Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly telephone manner Exceptional organisation and attention to detail Confidence using IT systems and document management software Fast and accurate typing skills Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently A positive attitude and a willingness to be flexible

Working arrangements



This role is based in our London City office, where training will be provided. After completing probation, there will be an opportunity for hybrid working, subject to having a suitable home workspace and in line with our working from home policy.
