Primary Responsibilities:

Supporting our Mandarin-speaking client with account and platform inquiries. Part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service for retail and professional investors via phone, live web chat, and email communication. Executing trades over the phone. Conduct trade investigations; generate trade reports and statistics for clients and management. Understand and apply best execution for FX, CFD, and equity buy and sell trades. Deliver solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experience. Adapt to changes in regulations and policies/procedures. Other tasks assigned to you, such as funding channel monitoring, daily summary, build-up team training material, or training new reps. Adapt compliance policy and procedure for a variety of international regulatory environments. Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while demonstrating a positive and professional image to clients. Conduct outbound customer caring and upsell when you have your client book. Applicants must be available to shift between different shifts to cover when required (eg:12:00pm-9:00 pm). Applicants must be available to cover weekends when required.

Qualifications:

To land this role you will need

:A bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field. Candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experience.

Fluent Mandarin on native level speaker is a must.

Fluent in English. Strong command of computer multi-tasking skills (staff will simultaneously navigate 4 - 5 software systems). Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, and numerical) with related customer service experience. Excellent attention to detail with strong mathematical and conflict-resolution skills. A critical thinker who enjoys problem-solving and analytic work. Ability to work effectively and make decisions in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure in difficult situations. Strong sales skills and the intent to build good relationships with our customers.

Hybrid Climate controlled office environment. Dynamic, time-sensitive environment. Competitive package offered for the right individual (base plus commission, and shift allowance for noon shift). Extensive training on financial markets and company-focused products, and ongoing education on market analysis, trading strategies, and financial transactions.
