An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role to develop the service within the Home Adaptations Service that aims to help disabled residents remain living independently in their homes.

The role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day processes of the Rapid Adaptation Team. The work will support the Team Leader to review workloads and procedures. You will have excellent organisational and customer care skills and an understanding of adaptation work processes or a willingness to learn.

You should have experience and skills to work in partnership with a team of professionals including contractors and you must be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis as this is a fast paced environment where demand for the service is always high.

You would be playing a key role in ensuring the team operate smoothly, you will strive to ensure strict timeframes are adhered to and you will help to develop change and keep the service moving forward. You will require the experience, drive and ability to motivate a team.

We are inviting applications from candidates who have some supervisory experience and ideally you will have worked in this field previously.
