Client Lead/director (mga Incubator)
Job Description
I\'m currently working with a rapidly expanding MGA Incubator with a strong track record of successfully supporting and launching profitable MGA\'s across the US and UK. Due to growth of the business we\'re looking to appoint a number of Client Lead/Directors.
The Client Lead/Director will align themselves to incoming underwriting cells, offering support and direction by analysing operational requirements, advising on appropriate tools and processes, working with internal teams across digital, operations, strategy, as well as external vendors, BPO\'s, carriers and other partners. You will also advise cells on potential growth opportunities, product development, and distribution.
We\'re looking for entrepreneurial individuals with experience across one or more of the following: underwriting operations, strategy, business performance, underwriting governance, and underwriting support. It is essential you have a good grounding in Insurance, ideally within a carrier, MGA, or TPA.
