Client Engagement Leader, Data & Analytics

As a Client Engagement Leader at Logic, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the driving force behind reinforcing our reputation as an industry expert. You should have extensive knowledge of the retail industry and a successful track record of managing trust-based relationships. You\xe2\x80\x99ll excel in delivering large technology-driven projects, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and communicating effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the industry as you support Client Account Leads, manage the solutioning process, and drive revenue. Your exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, hands-on capabilities in Cloud/Data Warehousing, Data governance, and Business intelligence are invaluable in helping clients achieve their objectives.

What you\'ll do

• Client Delivery Leadership: Successfully executing all aspects of client contracts and managing "Statements of Work."

• Client Account Leadership: Developing and delivering business through trust and value-led relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Logic as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.

• Industry Thought Leadership: Reinforcing Logic\'s reputation as an industry thought leader by staying up to date with the latest trends and understanding the retail industry\'s context within global, economic, technology, and social trends.

• Team Leadership: Building and nurturing high-performing teams while actively contributing to Logic\'s reputation as a world-class company with exceptional talent.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a consulting firm, software provider, or retail organization (with data and analytics application experience).

• Proven experience in client-facing roles at the senior executive level, with exceptional communication skills.

• Demonstrated track record of developing, selling, and delivering complex and impactful client engagements or internal projects.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and opportunities simultaneously with various clients.

• General knowledge of market trends in Data, along with hands-on experience with tools and technologies supporting Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, Cloud Migration, ETL/ELT Design, Business Process Design, and Business Intelligence.

• CELs can be based anywhere in Europe or Dubai and must be able to work in such a way as to be able to serve clients in the major regional time zones

• Some travel is required for corporate or client events
