Customer Services Advisor Esholt, BD17 7RH Salary from \xc2\xa320,050 per annum We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Communications Advisor to join our growing team. This role is Monday to Friday 9am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm (37.50 hours per week.). Within this role, you will ensure all eye and hearing clinics are booked to full capacity. You will go above and beyond to meet your individual and team targets \xe2\x80\x93 tracking these on a daily basis. To meet these targets, you will make outbound calls, as well as take inbound calls to book client appointments in the practice diaries. You will be working closely with our Practice teams to make sure their diaries are filled and booked smartly so you will need to build good relationships and also support them with their inbound lines when queries arise. You will be required to make calls, send SMS\xe2\x80\x99, emails and letters so we want somebody with good communication skills and attention to details.
