Bay Vet Group is a proudly independently owned first opinion and referral small animal Practice. We have an exciting opportunity available for a Client Care Advisor to join our team, this position will be primarily based in our Teignmouth branch but may require the successful candidate to work at any of our branches across Teignbridge and Torbay. (Initial training would be carried out at our Dawlish branch)
The successful candidate must show a high willingness to learn, be motivated, confident, providing a consistent high level of service and customer care whilst upholding and working to the Values and Mission of Bay Vet Group.
Key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to; answering the telephone and greeting clients, scheduling appointments efficiently, providing advice on a wide range of veterinary subjects and products, stock ordering, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and follow-up, maintaining and cleaning of reception and consulting areas
This is a full-time position working 4 days a week plus 1 Saturday in every 4.
