With over 20 years in business and a global reach, our experienced team of experts help customers of all sizes achieve the best possible ROI with email and SMS marketing, backed by a highly scalable platform.As we continue to expand our footprint in the UK, we're seeking an experienced SaaS Business Development Manager to join our team and help accelerate sales and market penetration.This position requires you to be based in the UK, with occasional travel expected to visit prospects, customers, and to attend regional events.The role of Client Account Coordinator combines assisting the Account Management and Customer Success Management teams with their book of customer accounts in addition to providing email marketing campaign services to our customers.
Day to day responsibilities include assisting with customer inquiries, strategic recommendations, daily reporting and overall account assistance to ensure customers effectively utilize Campaigner's Email and SMS marketing capabilities. You will collaborate with internal teams to analyze customer performance data, provide insights, and deliver proactive recommendations that enhance engagement, retention, and overall email marketing effectiveness.Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers' goals and proactively identify ways that Campaigner can contribute to those goals.
• Proactively work with customer accounts, taking ownership of customer product utilization goals and delivering expert advice that assists customers in their use of Campaigner.
• Assist the AM/CSM teams in identifying additional opportunities of increasing customer usage and introducing new products and services.
• Administrative assistance of the AM/CSM teams, including Salesforce tasks and projects, process document creation and documentation.
• Customer communication strategy via Campaigner and/or Salesforce to deliver value-added content to the customer base.
• Creation of customer assets such as documents, presentations, videos, with the aim of enhancing customer email strategy.
• Support management in various roles, including note-taking for key meetings, report generation, and data analysis.
• Participation in customer account meetings.
• Stepping into the role of Campaign Executive when required, ensuring continuity in campaign execution and delivery.
• Managing email and SMS marketing campaigns (content creation, HTML builds, templates, data imports, segmentation, testing, and deployment).
• Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, including briefings, execution, and reporting.
• Copywriting for emails, SMS, and blogs.
• Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting on progress, customer feedback, and project pipeline.
• Providing advice on email best practices and staying updated on software and service offerings.
• Ensuring list hygiene and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Designing creative assets using Canva for campaigns and content.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-2 years of marketing experience (working environment or university education)
• Excellent at project management and multi-tasking
• Passionate about sophisticated marketing strategies
• Comfortable with change and scoping out opportunities for business growth
• Ambitious with impeccable focus
• Strong at attention-to-detail and making sure things are not only right but of extremely high quality
• A self-starter, leading strategy and leaning on our team of experts when needed
• A solutions-led problem-solver
• Proficient in the following: Google Suite, Salesforce, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop and Dreamweaver), Microsoft Office, and Canva.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and copyediting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Passion for email and SMS marketing with experience in campaign management, testing, and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead strategic reviews and collaborate effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
