We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join us to help deliver a professional and high performing business and administrative support service within our Children & Family social work teams.
If successful in your application, you will have an opportunity to join one of our dedicated resource teams who undertake a varied and diverse range of admin tasks. This can include dealing with enquiries from the public and partner agencies; inputting and extracting data from IT systems and databases; preparing letters, reports etc; cash handling and organising and minuting meetings.
You should have some knowledge or experience of working in an office environment and be able to demonstrate good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills. A working knowledge of working with IT systems including Microsoft software packages and the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding all aspects of work are essential.
The temporary posts are temporary for three months and may be subject to review.

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
