Position




o Weighing and re-bagging of vitamins and minerals


o Adherence of customer specifications


o Packing of vitamin tablets and powders into tubs and pouches in a timely manner


o Working with the team to meet allocation plans


o Ensuring Food Safety rules are adhered to at all times


o To ensure that procedures are being followed in the repack room and the packing room at all times


o To issue repacks, with the labels correctly identified for each part of the repack


o Dealing with all repack issues as they arise


o Ensuring the repack room is re-stocked ready for the next shift


o To carry out spot checks as directed by the Manager/Assistant Manager


o To assess the efficiency and quality of the production line and make the appropriate changes as necessary, informing you Managers of doing so

Requirements




To be successful you will ideally have some experience leading a team or working in a Cleanroom environment, with a proactive 'can do' approach to your work. A focus on problem solving and driving continuous improvement is also a key aspect of the role.
