NJC Band 1, Point 1-3, \xc2\xa320,258 - \xc2\xa320,812 Based on Full Time Contract at 36.25 hours \xe2\x80\x93 actual salary will be based on agreed hours

Retention Scheme first year of employment only \xe2\x80\x93 If you are appointed to the post we offer a termly retention bonus (dependant on attendance & actual hours worked in that term) which is up to the value of \xc2\xa3600 for the year (terms & conditions apply).

The contract also attracts 25 Days Holidays per year prorated depending on final agreed package.

Working Pattern: There is an element of flexibility in hours, but cleaning cannot be completed during school\xe2\x80\x99s main education opening times (8.30am - 3.30pm)

Depending on applications we can offer hours from 12.5 to 25 Hours per week on a 52 week, permanent contract

We are looking to appoint a hard-working, diligent, enthusiastic and highly motivated person who will work as part of the team responsible for maintaining a clean and safe school environment.

The successful applicant will have the skills to work under the direction of the Site Manager to undertake the cleaning of the premises. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and the cleaning around the building, including some classrooms, toilets and communal areas.

Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be given.
