Cleaner
atLongton Corps
. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our building is clean and tidy and ready for use; while maintaining a safe working environment at all times. You will be a keyholder. Self-motivation, good time keeping, reliability, honesty and integrity are essential. Lone working is involved in this post.Key responsibilities:
Cleaning, vacuuming and dusting worship hall, ancillary rooms and entrances Cleaning windows and sills Cleaning toilets, sinks and washing toilet floor Ensuring toilet supplies are replenished Cleaning/sanitising kitchen surfaces and floor, cleaning kitchen equipment eg oven, fridge etc emptying and cleaning waste bins and removing rubbish. Clean and put away dishes and utensils if required. Informing the Corps or Local Officer of cleaning supplies needs.

successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate
Previous cleaning experience Be able to work alone and use initiative Be trustworthy To have knowledge of Health & Safety A commitment to the ethos of The Salvation Army.
