Responsibilities:

Execute regular weekly cleaning tasks in common areas, including hallways, entrances, elevators, staircases, and communal spaces. This involves sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces to ensure a tidy and presentable atmosphere. Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues noticed during cleaning rounds to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution. Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning tasks, address specific cleaning needs, and ensure a seamless operation. Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Follow established safety protocols and procedures to protect both yourself and others during cleaning tasks, utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
Requirements:

Driving: You must be able and willing to drive our company vehicles to get from A to B and be confident in doing so. A clean, UK, manual driving licence is a must for this position. Previous Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and an understanding of the importance of maintaining high cleanliness standards. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are crucial to ensure consistent cleaning schedules are met. Positive Attitude: A friendly and approachable demeanour, promoting a welcoming environment for residents. Initiative: Demonstrates a proactive approach to work and takes responsibility for the cleanliness and presentation of common areas.
