Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy and welcoming. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and colleagues regularly.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to ensure a clean environment. Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. A valid driving licence is preferred for roles that may require travel between locations. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and positive interactions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
