We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.

This role requires effective communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, which can include; offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces, clients home, holiday home, public houses, shops etc Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks. Communicate effectively with clients and your team to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by responding positively to client feedback and requests. Drive to various locations as needed for cleaning assignments, ensuring timely arrival at each site.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A proactive attitude with the drive to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Further details

You can be expected to work Monday - Fridays between the hours of 9.00-2.45pm.

Overtime is available, including evening shifts.

You can be expected to work across Flintshire and Chester.

Any jobs further afield you would be in a works vehicle with a team.

Work vehicles available dependent on job route.

Paid travel time between jobs.

Free mandatory training course's- paid time to complete

Opportunities for promotion into our biohazard cleaning team at pay rate of 15-20 per hour.

In house monthly bonus's for performance

Pay: 12.41-12.90 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
