Housekeeper / Cleaner
Overall Purpose:
To provide day-to-day support to the Accommodation Management (student accommodation) by delivering a high standard of domestic and housekeeping services to accommodation building.Key Duties/Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning of designated areas, both within the buildings & outside following site specific Housekeeper Schedule.
- Ensure all operation procedure relating to health & safety are adhered to e.g. manual handling & COSHH.
- Assist with periodic cleaning, including summer cleans & deep cleans, to a specified high standard.
- Checking for any damages and follow reporting procedure accordingly.
- To operate various cleaning equipment/machinery in accordance to the training provided.
- Responsible for own cleaning material stock levels, within a budgeted allocation.
- Adhoc cleaning as required such as re-lets & room moves.
- Other general duties deemed necessary by the accommodation management.
- To undertake inspections throughout the year of all apartments and bedrooms and do re-inspections if necessary.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 21.5 per week
