Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests or concerns.

Requirements

Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with team members and clients. A valid driving licence is essential for travel between locations if required. Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
