About The Role:

3 On 3 Off - 08:00pm - 20:00pm


Purpose of the Role





Responsible for daily cleaning tasks to ensure the site meets all cleaning specifications. Deliver outstanding customer service to all site visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities




Perform routine cleaning tasks, including maintaining male and female public facilities and handling bodily fluid spillages. Follow cleaning specifications and method statements, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed. Work as part of a team to present the required image to customers. Ensure a safe and clean environment for the public and staff. Report any Health & Safety hazards to the line manager. Use and monitor cleaning machinery, reporting maintenance needs to the line manager. Notify the line manager of any impending stock shortages. Be aware of risks and compliance during daily operations. Understand and assist with the team's role in managing events and activities. Maintain positive relations with retailers and assist as needed. Collaborate with other teams for the benefit of the site, developing new skills where appropriate. Use onsite cleaning machinery daily. Uphold the Centre's standards and expectations. Participate in site emergency procedures. Perform any other reasonable requests from the Manager, Client, Regional Manager, or Senior Management Team

Skills & Abilities (Competencies)




Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. Maintain communication with colleagues using site-specific methods. Develop and maintain working relationships with clients, managers, colleagues, and the Regional Manager. Ability to work effectively within a team.

Qualifications & Experience




Essential:




Cleaning Experience in a Similar Role Knowledge of COSHH Strong English Language Skills
