Mears provides temporary accommodation to asylum seekers whilst their claim is being assessed. In May 2021, Mears had over 19000 service users across five regions: Northwest, Yorkshire and Humber, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team here at Mears as a Cleaner. Based in Belfast, we are offering a salary of up to \xc2\xa324,000 plus great company benefits which include fun days paid for by the company, discounts on high street shopping and online retailers, health insurance and much more.

Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Cleaner

• Primarily be cleaning properties around the Belfast area.
• Using a PDA
• Driving to and from jobs
• Cleaning properties from floors, bathrooms, shower rooms, kitchen, and communal areas
